Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Apartment Community Make Ready Technician in the Atlanta area (Fairburn, GA). This role performs turnover repairs to prepare apartments for market, including painting, vinyl tile, punch-out and drywall work, plus general cleaning and grounds maintenance.

Provide residents with outstanding service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance, own tools, reliable transportation, valid ID, and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own tools necessary to perform basic turns.
• The ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Perform all make-ready duties including but not limited to: painting, vinyl tile, punch-out & sheetrock repair and trash-outs.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Perform all make-ready duties including but not limited to: painting, vinyl tile, punch-out & sheetrock repair and trash-outs.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Must meet the following qualifications:

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
