Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Cypress, TX. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include completing resident requests, make-ready repairs, maintaining grounds, logging work, and delivering excellent resident service. Onsite experience and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

Job description

What you’ll do

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience

We verify onsite experience, ID, and transportation prior to placement.
