Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our residential community. You will respond to service requests, prep vacant units, and maintain common areas to a high standard.

Requirements include at least 6 months of onsite experience, valid ID, reliable transportation, and owning your own tools. HVAC certification is a plus and can lead to higher pay; the position offers hourly compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of onsite experience.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties.
• A/C certification is a plus and pays more.

Responsibilities

Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
