Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Los Angeles. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. We verify onsite experience, ID, and transportation prior to placement.

This role emphasizes completing service requests, performing make-ready repairs, and maintaining community areas with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. Preferred qualifications include A/C/HVAC certification and strong make-ready experience;

• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

What you’ll do

• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
