UMC is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead teams in design and execution of major construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project financials, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with UMC Standards.

As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you will lead high‑performing teams in design, engineering, project management, and business services. You will oversee the successful execution of major construction projects by managing the project's personnel, financials, risks/opportunities, and schedules, through effective relationship building, communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting. You will mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators, and develop strong, positive relationships with clients.
Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire. PTO combines vacation and sick leave, starting at 15 days per year for full‑time employees.
