Pay Range: $88,000 - $135,000
The Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with team members, clients, vendors, and internal partners to manage resources and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. We lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability, put people first through collaboration and inclusivity, deliver client-focused value, and drive growth through innovation and continuous improvement.
Direct supervision of Project Engineers, Project Administrators, and Craft Supervisors, empowering their growth and modeling leadership by example.
