Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanical project manager is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Basic HVAC and plumbing engineering knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimates, project scoping, and proposals.
• Communicate with engineering staff for complete designs.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Track, forecast, and report labor hours and material costs.
