Job summary

Modernfold, Inc. is seeking a Major Projects Project Manager to oversee projects sold by Modernfold Sales and managed by Modernfold. The role interfaces with all internal teams and customers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The PM will maintain schedules, manage installation team timelines, lead weekly reviews, and supervise documentation on SharePoint while coordinating with Finance and Purchasing to keep projects on track and compliant with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in project management within construction or building industry.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and understand construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and milestone reporting.
• Lead Major Project weekly review meetings.
• Serve as administrator for Major Projects documents in SharePoint (MITCH).
• Review and approve invoices for subcontractors, rental equipment, and freight.
• Submit monthly progress reports to Finance with completion percentages.
• Coordinate long lead time materials with factory and purchasing.
• Ensure ISO compliance and participate in ISO audits.
• Coordinate project kickoff and close-out activities.
• Attend on-site and Teams meetings as required.
