Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting IT operations or incident/problem management.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute Major Incident processes for high-impact incidents.
• Drive incident workflow from identification to resolution and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate root cause analysis meetings and cross-team coordination.
• Document complete incident timeline and trends.
