Job summary

Granite United Way is seeking a field-oriented fundraising professional to accelerate our leadership giving and major gifts programming. The role involves managing a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors across Concord, Manchester, and other GUW hubs, with roughly 30–40% local travel.

You'll partner with leadership and volunteers to develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, including planned giving, moves management, and donor analytics to sustain Granite United Way’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts of $25,000 or more.
• Experience managing complex donor portfolios and moves management strategies.
• Experience working collaboratively with executive leadership and volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Major Gifts: Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 major gift prospects and donors.
• Planned Giving: Support the development of the Planned Giving Program and Legacy Society; educate donors on estate planning options.
• Strategy, Planning & Analytics: Establish annual fundraising goals and use donor analytics to guide strategy.
• Leadership & Staff Development: Foster collaboration, accountability, and growth within the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Executive Support: Align opportunities with organizational priorities across departments.
