United Way of Massachusetts Bay is seeking a Manager of Individual Giving (Major Gifts) to lead the major gifts program and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth donors. You will manage a portfolio of 100–125 donors, co-develop strategies with the Director, and drive moves management to achieve revenue targets.

You will engage donors through in-person visits, calls, events, and personalized outreach, building internal partnerships to maximize impact for the community.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of 100–125 donors and prospects.
• Strong donor cultivation and solicitation skills.
• Ability to coordinate engagements, events, and stewardship activities.

Responsabilités

• Co-develops cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for the major gifts program.
• Manages a major gift portfolio of 100–125 prospects with accurate donor records.
• Executes a moves management plan to drive engagement and giving.
• Performs donor research and leverages information for prospect strategies.
• Maintains meeting notes in the CRM and shares timely insights with the team.
• Cultivates internal partnerships to achieve fundraising goals.
• Supports major gifts events planning and donor engagement activities.
