Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) seeks a Development professional to maximize donor support in Western Missouri. The role involves major gifts cultivation, donor relations, events, and collaboration with churches and community partners.

Based in Kansas City, the position reports to the Director of Development and requires travel within the region to cultivate donors and host gatherings. A degree in management/marketing and 1–3 years of fundraising success are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of major gifts experience preferred.
• Experience in ministry or ministry-related settings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with donors, churches and partners.

Aufgaben

• Maximize philanthropic support from individual major donors, churches, and organizations.
• Record donor cultivation and solicitation actions in the CRM.
• Contact 90 major donors and 50 congregations quarterly.
• Host 10+ PCHAS Gatherings annually.
• Meet or exceed annual fundraising goals for the region.
• Coordinate campaigns and manage in-kind drives for school supplies and gifts.
