Job summary

Every Child's Hope in St. Louis is seeking a Regional Development and Donor Engagement Manager to secure philanthropic support and build relationships across eastern Missouri.

You will design and execute fundraising and donor engagement plans to raise revenue, diversify funding, and expand community investment in ECH’s programs and services. As an ambassador for ECH, you will cultivate individual donors, corporations, and community partners, collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years fundraising and development experience preferred.
• Proven donor cultivation and stewardship experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with donor databases (CRM) such as Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising and donor engagement plans to meet revenue goals.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and partners.
• Build and manage a donor pipeline through outreach and stewardship activities.
• Implement donor recognition strategies to strengthen relationships.
• Analyze donor data and fundraising metrics to improve strategies.
• Represent ECH at events and build strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate events with Development and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with grants staff to identify regional funding opportunities.
• Supervise Event and Volunteer Services activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
