Job summary

Pasadena Humane is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead a portfolio of major gift prospects and to cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts at the $1,200+ level. The role requires strategic planning, collaboration with the Development team, and regular interaction with donors to advance Pasadena Humane’s mission.

The successful candidate will manage 100–150 prospects, coordinate personalized outreach, prepare donor profiles, and work with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to meet fundraising

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in donor relations in a non-profit organization.
• Experience in stewarding donors at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal portfolio of major gift prospects (>$1,200).
• Develop solicitation strategies for donors/prospects.
• Lead donor cultivation and stewardship meetings with team collaboration.
• Record contacts and maintain donor records in the database.
• Support Chief Philanthropy Officer and CEO in securing gifts.
• Plan and participate in donor events and tours.
