Fort Worth Country Day seeks a Major Gifts Manager to advance a comprehensive major gifts program. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Advancement and manages a portfolio of mid-to-high level donors, guiding personalized cultivation, solicitations and stewardship to secure gifts of $50,000+.

Formación

• 8–10 years of fundraising experience.
• 3+ years in major gifts fundraising.
• Proven track record of cultivating and securing gifts of $50,000+.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of mid to high level major donors, leading personalized cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities
• Demonstrate presence in high-level donor conversations and multi-year solicitations
• Serve as a School ambassador, communicating FWCD's mission and funding priorities
• Draft proposals, briefings and donor correspondence
• Recruit, train and guide volunteers in major gift fundraising and campaigns
• Collaborate across annual giving, alumni relations and advancement services to grow donor pipeline
• Maintain accurate donor records in the database
• Represent FWCD at donor events and engagements
• Uphold professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Other assignments as directed by the Director of Advancement
