Job summary

The USA Gymnastics Foundation is seeking a Major Gift Officer in Indianapolis, IN to lead fundraising efforts as the organization builds towards the LA 2028 Olympic Games. The MGO will identify and manage major gift prospects, develop engagement strategies, and secure donations of $10,000 and above.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising, development, sales, relationship management, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success securing gifts or sales commitments of $10,000+.
• Ability to travel and work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–150 major gift prospects and donors.
• Develop and execute individualized cultivation and solicitation plans.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and solicit gifts of $10,000+.
