Job summary

USA Lacrosse is hiring a Major Gift Officer to provide strategic oversight and build relationships with major gift donors. This role requires an experienced fundraiser who can secure donations of $50,000 or more and promote inclusion for all athletes. The position is hybrid, requiring presence at headquarters in Sparks, Maryland, and offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 with benefits including medical, retirement plans, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, business/donor development, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of fundraising concepts and best practices.
• Strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities
