Job summary

United Way of Lane County is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to deepen connections with individual donors and grow philanthropic support. You will manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors, develop thoughtful engagement strategies, and directly solicit giving.

Working with the Resource Development team, you will track activities in the CRM, travel locally for donor meetings, and collaborate across departments to enhance donor experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4+ years related working experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Experience working across teams with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Center donor engagement and fundraising with 450 donor portfolio.
• Build authentic donor relationships by learning interests and motivations.
• Engage donors through meetings, calls, events, updates, and personalized activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of donor interactions and next steps.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate donor experiences and reporting.
