The Development Director will be responsible for implementing all aspects of a comprehensive and on-going major gifts fundraising, including solicitation for capital, endowment, special projects and top sponsorships for fundraising events for the Hospital. Develops and implements cultivation strategies for assigned prospects with the ultimate goal of closing the gift. Manages a portfolio of top prospects and collaborates with patients, donors, board members and staff to cultivate, solicit and close gifts. Identifies new volunteer and financial support opportunities from patients and friends with the goal of expanding the number of viable qualified major gift donors for the Hospital. Provides personalized stewardship to assigned donors. As a part of the professional staff, assists with the institution‘s efforts for community relations. Represent the organization in the community at events and other activities.
Estimated salary range for this position is $128671.60 - $167273.08 / year depending on experience.
