Qualifications

• 3+ years of major gifts fundraising experience and donor stewardship.
• Ability to identify and cultivate prospects for gifts of $25,000+.
• Familiarity with wealth screening and donor research tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative work across network fundraising colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Actively identifies, cultivates and thanks donors, managing relationships and developing cultivation and solicitation strategies to secure gifts of $25,000+.
• Conducts donor outreach through visits, calls and personalized communications to move donors through the development cycle.
• Develops stewardship plans for philanthropists and foundations in partnership with colleagues.
• Prepares solicitations, briefs and proposals and records donor interactions in the database.
• Utilizes wealth screenings to prospect and prepare for donor meetings.
