Responsibilities

• Conceive an annual schedule of high-end events with leadership to engage donors and prospects.
• Plan IA events from concept to execution, including program, catering, and logistics.
• Secure speakers, negotiate costs, and coordinate vendors and AV needs.
• Lead event planning meetings and prepare attendee bios and materials.
• Coordinate communications and follow-up with sponsors and attendees.
• Monitor budgets, invoicing, and reporting for events.
