2Life Communities is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead a portfolio of high-end donor-focused events in Boston. You’ll translate the organization’s mission into meaningful experiences that engage donors, policymakers, community leaders, residents, and board members.

The role requires 5–7+ years of nonprofit event management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Salesforce/GiveSmart to track metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of high-end event management experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience with donor databases and event software (Salesforce, GiveSmart preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate cross-team relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual event calendar in collaboration with fundraising, marketing, advocacy, and real estate teams.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of donor events from gala to tours (up to ~500 attendees).
• Monitor industry best practices to maximize engagement and value.
• Lead site selection, content/program management, A/V, registration, and logistics for events.
