Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) in Greenville, SC. You will be the first and last friendly face guests see, managing reservations in OpenTable, greeting guests warmly, and coordinating seating times and special requests to ensure a smooth flow of service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-touch host or maitre d’ experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the energy to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of host/maitre d' or high-touch service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using OpenTable or online system.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank guests on departure.
• Manage seating times and accommodate special seating requests.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff.
• Support managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
