Maitre D' / Front Desk Receptionist (South Rim)

San Antonio, TX - Part Time to Full Time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE

• Check in and greet guests warmly.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain front of house and guest lounge standards.
• Assist guests with app-related inquiries.
• Resolve guest issues in the shop.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year in retail or service-related experience.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Zendesk preferred.
