You will oversee dining room flow, manage seating, train hosts, and collaborate with service and management to elevate member relations and create a distinctive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maître d’, Head Host, or equivalent front‑of‑house leadership.
• Strong reservations, seating strategy, and dining room pacing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse membership.
• Professional presentation and polished hospitality demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and set the tone for their experience from arrival.
• Manage reservations, seating assignments, waitlists, and walk‑in requests with guest preferences in mind.
• Coordinate closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly.
• Lead by example during busy services and coach hosts on greeting standards and reservation management.
• Help establish systems and routines to support consistent arrival and seating experiences.
