Overview

The Maître D' manages reservations, walk-ins, seating, guest assistance, and guest flow in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

1. Set up host stand, perform opening/closing procedures.
2. Prepare menus for service.
3. Take reservations, handle calls, assist guests.
4. Promote food and beverage sales.
5. Manage reservations and walk-ins for smooth service.
6. Report damages or breakage to management.
7. Attend pre-shift meetings and training.
8. Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces.
9. Build guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
10. Make quick, effective decisions based on guest and restaurant needs.
11. Monitor guest needs and reservation details.
12. Create and maintain a database with local concierges.
13. Ensure service integrity and positive guest interactions.
14. Manage restaurant traffic flow.
15. Encourage positive social media reviews through guest engagement.
16. Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
