Pay Range

This range is provided by Charlie Palmer Collective. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $47.00/hr

Job Title and Details

Position: Bar/Server/Maitre D/Front Operation

Competitive salary based on experience and performance, with potential additional hourly rate (excluding tips). Typical hourly rate ranges from $27 to $46, with an average tip of $11.00.

Required 5 days per week.

Torishin seeks experienced individuals capable of working in four different positions. We specialize in Yakitori, a unique Japanese cuisine, and are the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. with a Michelin star for seven consecutive years and 3 stars from The New York Times.

Guests come from many countries to enjoy Japanese food culture. This is a high-end, busy restaurant.

Position Requirements
  • MUST work 5 days a week
  • MUST NOT be working another job simultaneously
  • MUST NOT be a student
  • Server shift: 4:30 PM – 10:45 PM

Applicants with experience in the food industry, knowledge of Japanese cuisine, or Japanese language skills are highly preferred but not mandatory.
