Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable maintenance staff for the Marriott Madison West hotel. This role focuses on general upkeep, safety, and guest service, with an on-site shift from 10 PM to 7 AM. You will help ensure clean, safe, and welcoming public and guest areas.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, team players with strong customer service. Prior facilities or hotel experience is helpful and you must be able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep throughout the hotel and property.
• Inspect common areas, guest areas, equipment, and facilities and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor the property and common areas to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas, entrances, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, damaged property, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with emergencies and follow established safety and security procedures.
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and other items as needed.
• Maintain accurate communication with management regarding maintenance, safety, security, and guest concerns.
• Follow all HHS and hotel safety, maintenance, security, and operational procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests and team members.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the hotel operate efficiently.

TSOL Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 18.50 USD

Hourly Work Shift:

Shift: 10 PM - 7 AM

We’re looking for dependable, friendly, and team-oriented individuals to join our hotel team! Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment throughout the hotel while providing excellent service to guests. This position is responsible for assisting with general maintenance, property upkeep, safety, and security while responding to guest and operational needs.

Preferred

• Previous maintenance, hotel, housekeeping, facilities, security, custodial, or building operations experience
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching throughout a shift
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment, supplies, furniture, and other items
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment on tile and carpeted floors
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as needed
• Must be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals and maintenance materials
• Must be able to operate tools and equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
• Must be able to respond quickly to maintenance, safety, security, and guest-service needs throughout the hotel
