Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking dedicated housekeeping staff to join the hospital EVS team at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Roles include overseeing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all hospital areas, with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

Positions available include full-time and part-time with day/evening/night shifts. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and prepared to pass background checks and comply with hospital

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Preferred housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs.
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments.
• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage.
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 19.75 USD

Hourly Work Shift: Overnight Shift (United States of America)

Wage: $19.75/hour

Full-time and part-time positions available

Day/Evening/Night shifts available

Support the housekeeping (EVS) department leadership to maintain a high level of cleanliness and consistency throughout all areas of the hospital.

Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
