Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable maintenance staff for Marriott Madison West for the overnight shift from 10 PM to 7 AM. The role involves maintaining a safe, clean hotel environment and promptly responding to guest needs.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong English communication and customer service skills. Basic tools knowledge and ability to report safety and maintenance concerns are preferred. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.
• Dependable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and security concerns.
• Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep throughout the hotel and property.
• Inspect common areas and guest areas and report safety concerns.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean public areas, entrances, hallways and restrooms.
• Follow safety, security and operational procedures.
• Move furniture, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding maintenance and guest concerns.
