Job summary

The City of Orlando’s Transportation Department is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Worker for parking facilities. This part-time role performs unskilled and semi-skilled tasks such as cleaning, painting, and basic repairs in downtown parking garages, including operating pressure washers and small power equipment.

Average hours up to 30 per week, with some weekends, nights and holidays. A valid Florida driver license is required, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Performs maintenance tasks utilizing power equipment requiring some manipulative skills.WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:Average hours vary up to 30 hours per week. Some weekends, nights and holiday work required. Schedule subject to change based on division needs.
