Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall/mudding
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. independently and over 75 lbs. with assistance

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
