D/T Carson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain and repair the interior and exterior of a 15-acre facility under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor.

The role involves troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and completing repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Weekly pay and full-time schedule are offered, with medical benefits and retirement plan options. Riverside, CA location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a repair field (1–2 years) required.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems.
• Basic arithmetic incl. measurements and addition/subtraction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, makes repairs, and performs preventative maintenance for facilities equipment.
• Follow technical manuals and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Ensure timely repair of equipment and perform electrical/plumbing/HVAC minor tasks.
• Perform routine landscaping and upkeep of the 15-acre site.
• Maintain records of completed maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with other duties as required.

Essential Responsibilities

The Maintenance Worker, under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, undertakes, upkeeps, and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15-acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsiblefor keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.

Specific Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, makes necessary repairs, and completes preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related facilities equipment.
• Able to trouble-shoot and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.
• Ensures equipmentis repaired in a timely manner.
• Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC.
• Performs routine landscaping on the grounds.
• Compiles records of completed maintenance and repair work.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-to-2-year experience of any repair field
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems
• Basic understanding of measurements, addition, and subtraction

Must be able to:

• Carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds of dead weight
• Climb up and down a ladder
• Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, and or crawl
• Twist or turn in confined spaces
