Arrowhead West, Inc. Central Kansas Division (Pratt and Medicine Lodge) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to help keep facilities, vehicles, and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming. You will use hands-on skills to support people with disabilities in living meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (experience may substitute).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and building systems.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC projects; maintain agency grounds through mowing and debris removal.
• Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter weather.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.

As a Maintenance Worker, you help ensure that Arrowhead West's facilities, vehicles, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals and employees we serve.

• Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter weather.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.
