Job summary

ARK is seeking a dependable maintenance technician to keep facilities and equipment in top shape. You will perform inspections, routine maintenance, and contribute ideas for preventative measures to extend equipment life and reduce safety risks.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upkeep, on-call availability, and documenting repairs, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Must understand heating and air conditioning units, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Excellent work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform repairs.
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize safety risks.
• Keep records of completed repairs and last service dates.

Compensation

Qualifications
