Job summary

Sleep Inn & Suites Jasper I-22 is seeking a reliable maintenance professional to ensure our facilities operate efficiently. You will execute preventative maintenance, handle repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, available on call for requests at nights and weekends. We offer competitive pay of $14 to $16 hourly based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Available to be on call for maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are in working order.
• Make records of equipment servicing and repairs.
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures

Compensation
