Job summary

Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 200-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role offers full-time (Mon–Fri, no weekends), part-time (Fri–Sun), and per diem options with a pay range of $17–$25 per hour.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in general maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC) and basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC)
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
• Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
• Flexibility with schedule - day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts are preferred

Qualifications

• 3 years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• HVAC, plumbing, & electrical experience a plus
• MUST have basic understanding of computer use including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
• Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
• Flexibility with schedule - availability for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is preferred
