Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our on-site team. The role focuses on keeping building systems running—HVAC, plumbing, electrical—while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents and promoting their dignity.

The successful candidate will perform regular and emergency repairs, schedule inspections, and support the maintenance staff in daily activities, contributing to a high-quality living setting for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance areas such as electricity, preventative maintenance, painting, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Monitor HVAC and plumbing systems and test/inspect fire protection, security, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC and plumbing systems.
