Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 121-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. The role covers general maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance, with an 8am-4pm schedule and a $20 per hour rate, all inclusive.
You'll work to keep building systems functional, perform tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, document work orders, and support preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure resident comfort.

Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations.
Utilize basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, or similar platforms) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
