Job summary

Project Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep the interior and exterior of the building clean and safe. Responsibilities include cleaning, snow removal, light repairs, painting, and inventory management, with occasional deliveries and mail runs.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma, related maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to perform essential duties. Flexibility for evolving needs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of the building including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, windows, bathrooms.
• Snow removal on the property.
• Change light bulbs, fix switches and outlets as needed.
• Paint property as required.
• Sweep exterior and keep area free of trash and leaves.
• Maintain and order maintenance supplies.
• Assist unloading deliveries of supplies.
• Deliver packages and mail when required by Director.

Cleans the interior of the building, this includes; vacuuming, dusting, mopping, buffing floors, emptying all garbage and talking care of recycling program, cleaning windows, and cleaning bathrooms.Snow removal on the property.Changing light bulbs, fixing switches and outlets and other maintenance as required.Painting of property as needed.Sweeping and keeping the exterior of the building free of trash, leaves, etc.Maintaining and ordering maintenance supply inventory.Helping unload deliveries of supplies.Delivering packages and mail to other site when required by the Director.High School Diploma and related maintenance experience. Clean and valid driver’s license required. Needs ability to establish workload priorities. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed. In addition, the Maintenance Worker performs any duties as required to meet the new needs of the position as they arise.
