Job summary

Estes Express Lines in Greenville, SC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform property upkeep, landscaping, light carpentry, welding, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair at the Service Center.

The role requires interpreting work orders, following safety practices, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs and be available for possible night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Must be 17+ years old.
• Prior janitorial and general maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair knowledge helpful.
• Ability to interpret work orders and manuals.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be flexible for night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job
