Collin Springs is seeking a Maintenance Worker to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of hospital buildings and systems. The role supports daily plant operations and contributes to regulatory compliance and facility improvement.
Responsibilities include reporting facility conditions, coordinating with departments, and performing repairs or installations as needed. A high school diploma and 2 years’ maintenance experience are preferred; English communication is essential.

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of hospital buildings and systems. This role supports daily plant operations and contributes to regulatory compliance and facility improvement.
Must be able to operate independently and handle a variety of building systems and equipment.
Collaboration with clinical and administrative departments is expected for facility support.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance; hospital setting preferred.
Skills: Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and regulatory compliance preferred. Basic computer skills required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
