Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust Sprenkle Drive is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, perform basic electrical tasks, and support preventive maintenance across the facility. A strong focus on safety and quality ensures reliable operations and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and perform physical work throughout the day.
• HVAC or building maintenance-related certification preferred.
• CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment promptly.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing bulbs, outlets, and fixtures.
• Maintain heating, ventilation, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections including pest control.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, and other components.
• Monitor and assist with fire alarm and safety systems.
• Complete painting, carpentry, landscaping, and general maintenance projects.

What We're Looking For in a Maintenance Technician:

• Previous maintenance experiencepreferred
