Job summary

Concordia at RP Home is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Pittsburgh, PA to preserve the premises and perform a variety of maintenance tasks. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call hours.

We offer competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. If health insurance is waived, you can earn an additional $1.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC or building maintenance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all systems to ensure functionality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
• Makes timely repairs as needed.

Concordia at RP Home is hiring a Maintenance Tech for their beautiful and conveniently located Personal Care facility. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for preserving the condition of the premises and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

This position features a Monday through Friday schedule with on-call hours, competitive pay (we pay based on experience), and a full benefits package.

If waiving health insurance, you can earn an additional $1.50/hour.

Qualifications of a Maintenance Tech:

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus
