Job summary

The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lewisville, Arkansas, is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at Rite of Passage. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, structured environment for at-risk youth and supporting day-to-day operations in residential spaces.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You must have a high school diploma, be 21+, pass background checks, and hold a valid driver’s license; HVAC/electrical/lighting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License.

• Support day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
• Complete work orders and assist with general building maintenance.
• Assist with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.

What you will do:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for supporting the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces. This hands-on role includes completing work orders, performing general building maintenance, and assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs. While HVAC licensure is not required, practical experience in troubleshooting and routine maintenance is strongly preferred.

To be considered you should:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting

• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
