Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Night Juvenile Support Worker at the Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lewisville, Arkansas. You will provide in-person safety and support for at-risk youth on a night shift, helping meet their health, educational and personal needs while coordinating with the treatment team.

This role offers a stable schedule—4 days on, 3 off—with an 9pm to 7am shift and guaranteed overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Providing for the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development.
• Monitoring and documenting behaviors and activities.
• Assisting with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Collaborating with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
