Job summary

SCO Family of Services in Dix Hills, NY, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker to care for property grounds and oversee basic repairs. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across campus.

You will prioritize work orders, shuttle vehicles to the mechanic, stock supplies, and perform duties across the campus while adhering to health regulations. Experience with trades is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and janitorial skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to be physically active throughout the day.
• Speak and understand English.
• Compliance with health regulations for Mantoux testing.
