Job summary

Real Property Management Principles is hiring a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator at 1223 Branch Street, Platte City, MO. You will manage maintenance requests, coordinate internal and vendor work, and ensure properties stay well-maintained and appealing for residents and owners.

You should have at least 2 years of maintenance or trade experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort with digital tools and smartphones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – You will coordinate maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
