Job summary

Aero Aggregates of North America in Crum Lynne, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing machinery, processing equipment, and the mobile fleet operating with minimal downtime.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and document activities while collaborating with the Maintenance Manager. This hands-on role requires problem-solving and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a noisy plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Min 3 years in maintenance/technical role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in dusty/noisy environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems including conveyors, feeders, mills, and kilns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing issues to keep the plant running smoothly.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, logs, inspections, and repairs.
• Prioritize and schedule tasks with the Maintenance Manager.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
