Job summary

Aero Aggregates is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing machinery and processing equipment at the Eddystone site. You will support the plant’s operations, troubleshoot issues, and work to minimize downtime with a hands-on approach.

The role requires a technician with solid mechanical/electrical skills and a focus on safety. The position emphasizes routine maintenance, record-keeping, and teamwork with the Maintenance Manager and colleagues to keep production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a maintenance/technical role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills; ability to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and systems including conveyors, feeders, mills and kilns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs of activities.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
